Did you ever feel like you made the right choice? That's how it was on our tour with Guy Glaeser, from InQuisitours. I am going to speak for myself here and say that as a tour guide and human being, Guy is a keeper. I had such a lovely time and as I look back on my tour, I can't believe all the places we went and things we did and saw! By the hands of fate, there were only two of us on this tour and Guy listened to us and tailored our days together to suit us. We went rafting in Leavenworth, touring at the woolen mills in Pendleton, picnicing at MaryHill Art Museum Park, wandering through the college campus in Walla Walla (where public art abounds), we toured the Blue mountain Lavender Farm....we were even on the Oregon Trail(!!!) and sprinkled liberally throughout our wanderings were plenty o' vineyards and wine tastings. The scenery is breath taking! Guy is very knowledgeable when it comes to the history of the region and shared many interesting stories. He also found himself learning from us too! When we were in Walla Walla, we met up with Robin Glaeser and we all had dinner together. While in Portland, I took in the Portland Art Museum and caught some street performers making magic in the streets. All in all...a great time which I would highly recommend.

The Willamette Valley was “Eden” for early pioneers traveling the Oregon Trail, and during your explorations, you’ll be struck by the lushness of the landscape.
